Mr. Falah Yaycili, the governor’s deputy (district) of Kirkuk Province, participated in the opening of the Digital Education Innovation Center at the Directorate of Youth and Sports, in collaboration with the Seven Spikes Organization and with the support of UNICEF. This opening is part of the Ministry’s sustainable development plan aimed at supporting and empowering the youth in Kirkuk Province, within the framework of implementing the program to enhance youth employment opportunities, entrepreneurship, and participation in the local economic recovery and development in Kirkuk.
